Remote Support services are available for customers running Microsoft Windows (any version). So long as you have an internet connection, remote support should be available (for both new and existing customers - no preconfiguration necessary).
To book a remote support session (you must be sat at the computer for which you want support), phone on 07799 411974, or use the site contact form to arrange a convenient time. Remote support is charged at £50 per hour, billed in half-hour increments (so the minimum charge is £25). New customers will be required to pay after the initial check of the system and before any work is carried out. Payment is taken using Paypal, and details will be provided as needed.
The remote support utility will need to be downloaded and run on your machine at the specified time. Do not use it unless you have prearranged support (it won't work!).
No software or changes are made to your computer as a result of running the utility, and it can be deleted afterwards and nothing will be left behind.
