Simple module to add a Paypal Donate button to a Joomla!^® site.  Parameters:

• Paypal email address (the recipient of the donation)
• Paypal donation description (shown on the Paypal donation page)
• Currency (three letter currency code, e.g. GBP, USD).
• Open Paypal in new window (enabled by default).
