i.e. Subject= CENTOS-ANNOUNCE OR REDHAT-ANNOUNCE

It's a simple example but it is better than typing a gazillion rules. I don't understand why OE can do it but OL can't.

Currently there isn't, and due to the way the rules are stored and processed the email address fields couldn't be set up this way (it would seriously affect the speed of the sorting).

Having said this, it would be perfectly possible to allow a user to enter boolean operators and then split the criteria into the separate rules it actually is. This is on the cards when grouping is introduced - essentially a group will be a collection of related rules. While some implementation of grouping has been added, I am currently finalising some other aspects of RM so this won't be available for another couple of releases.
