Pop Collector, works fine for two or three days, but after this days the application sends an error: Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password. When I check the account, this no blocked and the password is correct. However, if I try to change the password to try to solve the issue, POP Collector sends the same error message. The accounts don’t have a blocked problems, even if the application sends this message, the accounts works fine. I prove that the accounts are not blocked or have bad password sending emails from mailboxes and these are sent without problem even when appear the error message in POP Collector.

Also when installa PoP collector as service sends a error message:
WinSock->Connect: Connecting 127.0.0.1
socket error: 10061 (Connection is forcefully rejected)
WinSock->Connect: connect failed

Please I need help, mi network, server, Exchange and security área check ports, firewall, antivirus and all is configured ok. Ports are no blocked.

Please any idea to solve my problema?
