Just curious as to whether this editor does relative image paths? I've had trouble before when creating a site on a local WAMP then no images displaying when transferring the site to a live server.

I think this currently depends upon how you insert the image.

Beta 11 has enabled the standard Joomla editor buttons, which includes the Image button. If you use the Joomla picker, then the image URL is a relative URL. Currently, the image URL returned by ceditFinder (the CKEditor integrated image browser/editor) returns absolute URLs. This is something I am looking to change for relative links by release - it is a technical issue at the moment that requires the absolute URLs.

I haven't tested this functionality in the way you describe (uploading to a live server), but if you look at the image URLs in the source, you should see what I have described above. I would be very interested in feedback with regards to this if you do decide to try it.

While this is currently a beta plugin, pretty much all features are now working. I just need to do some security checks and some tidying before I have a release candidate ready - I am hoping to have v1 complete within a few weeks.
