Hi,
Just been trying this out and it works great except it's also appearing after the 'read more' in blog category views, is there anyway to disable it so that it just shows up in the full article?

I've added a facility to v1.1.1 to disable the footer in all views except article, which will prevent the problem you are having. Let me know if it doesn't do what you are after.
