How do i get the article category and tags in my footer?

This isn't possible, currently. Add Article Footer is written to add a footer to every article, but this is intended to be a static footer (though a different one can be used depending upon a visitor is logged in or not). There is no support for dynamic fields currently, it's something I may look into at a later date but I couldn't say when.
